Dr. Dillon Lemons, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic

Local roots. Modern care.

I'm originally from Raton, New Mexico, so this area has always felt like home. I played baseball at Trinidad State, right here where our office is located, and it's been a full-circle experience to practice in the same community that shaped me as an athlete.

Growing up playing sports gave me an early appreciation for how the body moves, performs, and recovers — and that's carried straight into how I practice chiropractic today. I'm trained in Cox Flexion-Distraction, Activator, and Diversified techniques, and I've furthered my education through the Motion Palpation Institute to sharpen my hands-on assessment and adjusting skills. I bring a strong personal focus on weightlifting, nutrition, and men's health, and I love helping patients — especially fellow lifters and athletes — move better, recover faster, and stay strong for the long haul.

Outside the office, I'm an avid weightlifter, hunter, and fisherman. Some of my favorite days are spent in the mountains or out on the water. Some of you already know my wife, Dr. Grace — we met at Logan University and have been a team ever since, both in life and in this practice.

I'd love the chance to help you move, feel, and perform at your best.
