Doctor Grace Lemons
Women's Health Focus

Care designed for women.

I'm originally from Washington, Missouri, and my path to chiropractic started at Logan University, where I began having migraines and found my way to a student doctor's office.

I remember sitting there and feeling something shift — not just in my body, but in how I understood healing. I fell in love with chiropractic's whole-person approach and the naturopathic side of health, and I knew I'd found what I was meant to do.

Logan is also where I met my husband, Dr. Dillon, who you'll find right here in the practice. We've been married since June 2026, and getting to be on this journey together has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

That personal experience with healing is a big part of why women's health and wellness have become such an important part of how I practice. I love walking alongside women through every stage of life — hormonal health, prenatal and postnatal care, through menopause and beyond. I'm trained in the Webster, Logan Basic, Activator, Thompson Drop, and Diversified techniques, along with various myofascial therapies. I take a functional, naturopathic-informed approach that looks at the whole picture of what's happening in a patient's body. I'm also continuing my education through the ICPA, because while women's wellness is my passion, I truly love caring for the whole family — kids included.

Outside the office, you'll usually find me with my nose in a book, lifting weights, or outside soaking in the mountain views New Mexico and Colorado have to offer. I know how personal it feels to trust someone with your health — because I've been there myself — and I'd be honored to walk that journey with you too.
